We invite you to join our team and are looking for the following:

  • Skilled in installing, modifying and fixing basic electrical and plumbing systems
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and related building codes and practices
  • Proven ability to maintain records and organize daily activity reports
  • Functional ability to estimate materials, labor and equipment costs with guidance from supervisors including good math skills
  • Able to demonstrate and outline work using diagrams, drawings and work orders
  • Hands-on experience in utilizing and maintaining basic trade tools and equipment
  • Proven record of troubleshooting basic to moderate electrical, plumbing and other trade areas
  • Experience working with various wires, pipe materials and fittings
  • Demonstrated ability to perform work efficiently with minimal direct supervision
