Skilled repair and maintenance technicians are essential to the success of any commercial building – that’s why we’ve always invested in training our techs to be safe, professional, and detail-oriented.
Now, we have the most modern, engaging, and accurate training available!
Strada University is required for all our technicians. It is OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) approved and our techs receive OSHA credits for the courses they take.
The courses consist of:

- Codes and standards
- Electrical maintenance
- Emergency power systems, fire systems, and sprinklers
- Facility management
